Principal Dancer – Thüringer Staatsballett (Germany), International Principal Guest Artist & Co-founder of INTO DANCE

Ruika began her training in Niigata at age four. At 15, she moved to Portugal to study at the Escola de Dança do Conservatório Nacional. At 18, Nina Ananiashvili invited her to join the State Ballet of Georgia while coaching her graduation performance. By age 20, she debuted as Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty, promoted to Soloist that year and soon after to Principal Dancer, performing lead roles in most of the company’s repertoire.

After seven years, she transitioned to a freelance career in 2023, performing as a Guest Principal at international galas and masterclasses. In 2024, she co-founded INTO DANCE, organising global galas and auditions to create opportunities for the next generation. Following two years of freelancing, she joined the Thüringer Staatsballett in Germany, directed by Vitaly Petrov, as a Principal Dancer in 2025.
