PROFESSIONAL CONNECTIONS

Connecting Dancers with Companies. Creating Real Opportunities.

The philosophy is simple:

Recognise talent.

Create the connection.

Open the opportunity.

INTO DANCE believes that a dancer’s professional journey is built not only through talent, training, and dedication, but also through the right connections.

Over the past year, INTO DANCE has developed an international network connecting professional dancers, principal artists, ballet companies, artistic directors, and productions across Europe. Our role is to create bridges between exceptional artists and companies looking for international talent, opening the way to guest appearances, principal roles, special engagements, and new professional collaborations.

They are professional connections that can become real opportunities on stage.

Through its international network, INTO DANCE creates connections between internationally established dancers and productions in different countries.

For a professional dancer, being connected with a new company can mean the opportunity to perform a leading role, discover new repertoire, work with a different artistic team, and expand their international career.

For a company, it means gaining access to exceptional artists with international experience who can bring new energy, quality, and artistic identity to its productions.

This exchange is at the heart of the INTO DANCE professional network.

From Connection to Opportunity

A professional connection can begin with a conversation.

That conversation can lead to an invitation.

An invitation can lead to a performance.

And a performance can open the door to a new professional relationship.

This is why INTO DANCE places such importance on professional connections.

Our objective is not simply to bring people together, but to create the conditions in which talent can meet opportunity. INTO DANCE is more than a platform for dance. It is a growing international professional network connecting exceptional dancers with the companies, productions, and opportunities that can shape the next chapter of their careers.
